Step 1 :  
Request a New IDES User ID. 

Go to  : http://www.ides.consolut.eu/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zuser_req  
and follow the below steps..

Your user ID and PW will be sent on your email provided you before. check your email. You will get a mail which tell you that your ID will be provided you within two working days. but actually you will get it within four or five hours. 

Step 2 :

Now download SAP GUI  from the below link.

and install it . if this link is not working download it from any other web site. Just google SAP GUI 7.20 words. After installing follow Step 3.

In the last dialog box click on Finish and Select your server and click on logon with the  user ID and password You have received.  (You will get ID within four to five hours after completing step one.

You will have to request for a new PW after 00:00 AM i.e. after every mid night. But User ID will remain same.
